I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with lovely lake views and well-maintained rooms. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout my visit. While the location was great, there were some cleanliness issues around the area. The dining experience was hit or miss, but breakfast was quite enjoyable. Overall, I found it to be a decent value for the price, though parking was pricier than expected.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, right on the trail and close to the Congress street bats, which I loved. The rooms, however, were quite small and not very pleasant – I was hit with a strong odor upon entering, possibly from it being a previously smoking room. Service was responsive and professional, but I was disappointed that the amenities promised weren't there. Overall, it's great for the location but not so much for the actual accommodations.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Austin and found it to be a great spot right by the lake, with a super nice and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for the most part, though the bathroom felt a bit small. I did have some trouble with the TV channels, which was disappointing.
