Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with lovely lake views and well-maintained rooms. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout my visit. While the location was great, there were some cleanliness issues around the area. The dining experience was hit or miss, but breakfast was quite enjoyable. Overall, I found it to be a decent value for the price, though parking was pricier than expected.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, right on the trail and close to the Congress street bats, which I loved. The rooms, however, were quite small and not very pleasant – I was hit with a strong odor upon entering, possibly from it being a previously smoking room. Service was responsive and professional, but I was disappointed that the amenities promised weren't there. Overall, it's great for the location but not so much for the actual accommodations.
The hotel has a great location near restaurants and the music scene, making it easy to explore the area. However, the noise from the atrium structure and the lack of sleep quality due to thin walls was a downside. The service was decent, with staff making an effort to address issues, but the rooms had a lingering smell that was off-putting. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some good highlights and significant drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to downtown and some great restaurants, but unfortunately, my room had a terrible odor that I couldn't escape. The service at the hotel was quite responsive and professional, which was a plus. However, the dining options were overpriced and not very good, which was disappointing.
I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Austin and found it to be a great spot right by the lake, with a super nice and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for the most part, though the bathroom felt a bit small. I did have some trouble with the TV channels, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a good experience at a good price, though I think there could be some improvements in the dining area.
I had a great stay at this hotel, especially loving the central location right by the river and close to downtown. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent even during a busy time. However, the noise from the elevators and thin walls made it a bit hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, it’s a good value for money despite a few drawbacks.
